Starbucks — Restaurant in Haarlemmermeer

I’ve bought 3 coffees from them and decided to have fries from the place nearby just because all food this Starbucks was offering looked like it was there for a few weeks at least. Never had many issues with this Starbucks before, BUT they have a bunch of new employees who are improperly trained. My matcha latte had MASSIVE chunks of matcha powder. This has happened twice already and also having to keep correcting my order because they are not familiar with the drinks. Although they are kind and friendly, the skill is very very low and it does not seem to be improving...

I could give any star. Some employees are super stupid. Specially the manage who was working there on 25/03/2023 at from 18:00. I asked her to put my tear in a cup. She told no because we are just 3 people working. Also doesn’t put the stamp in my card. Always with a fake smile in her face for everyone….also saw other people not...
