The waiting times are just insane: 5 minutes at the door before being seated 10 minutes after asking to get the menu 15 minutes to take your order after asking 10 minutes serve 2 cokes 30 minutes to deliver 2 burgers Sides coming later

All very inefficient operation. There is enough staff, and they’re all super friendly too. This seems like a lack of training and management. With some basic adjustments the experience could be so much better. It was not busy when we were here.

The food is quite okay. Good burgers. The loaded pulled chicken fries are not that good. Boring.

All in all if you’re shopping and want to have a bite, 1,5h for burgers and a coke...

The service is poor and the food is not good. Orders arrive all mixed up, with no care or organization, and you don’t even know which dish is whose. The staff is unprofessional and the attention is bad. Hygiene is also a big issue — some workers handle food without gloves and even adjust their underwear with the same hands they use to serve your plate. For anyone thinking about eating here, I strongly recommend reading the reviews and taking them seriously — everything negative written is true. I do not recommend this place. The score was quite low when we tried it (2.9 at the time), but we were very hungry so we thought to give it a chance. The burger meat was nether bad or good, it was alright. the bread was a bit cold unfortunately. We had fries (both normal a d sweet potato), which was tasty and fresh. The service was good, there isn't a washroom l, but they gave us refreshing towels which was fine.
