KFC — Restaurant in Harderwijk

I'd usually rate the KFC quite well, but this one isn't one of the better ones I've visited. I'm actually a regular here even still, because it's so easily accessible. Other reviewers stayed that they have to wait long to receive their food, which is something I agreed with two or three weeks ago. But since then, I've noticed a significant improvement in delivery speed. The quality is fine. Though they do usually give me the wrong sauce. When I order the "sticky sweet chili" sauce, I usually get the hot chili or even the barbecue sauce... That's not what I requested! I've made a comment about it and I think they're working on improving this. Other than that, this KFC is quite okay. The only thing I'm still salty about, is them being late with opening up shop this year and not even communicating about it even after multiple requests from, among others, a newspaper. Way below standards, compared to other KFC's. The location, and the vibe is perhaps the only good thing about this joint. Customer service is a joke: no proper restocking of tissue and straws, cleanliness of the bathrooms is not okay: no soap dispenser, and smelly. Now the biggest complaint: we've repeatedly been given 'economized' or incomplete food: it seems that they scrimp on chicken sizes, and fries. Overall focus is on the big profit. When we go back and confront the preparer about it, we are laughed at. We've made it a habit now to open the package and check at the counter, and count the pieces in front of the whole counter staff. Horrible service!!! The worst KFC I ate at. The first time ever that I eat at a KFC and for a kids meal they give a child chicken breast and then refuse to replace it while blaming me that i am to blame because I chose original pieces and apparently that means that they can give you their left overs and you don’t get to argue because I am so dirty that I might have “did something to it” in the second it took me to open the box and discover what I got? Even if it’s a certain branch/country policy, it needs to be clearly published!! And the manager was not serviceable about it at all. Simply didn’t care that my kid can’t eat her meal.
