I'd usually rate the KFC quite well, but this one isn't one of the better ones I've visited. I'm actually a regular here even still, because it's so easily accessible. Other reviewers stayed that they have to wait long to receive their food, which is something I agreed with two or three weeks ago. But since then, I've noticed a significant improvement in delivery speed. The quality is fine. Though they do usually give me the wrong sauce. When I order the "sticky sweet chili" sauce, I usually get the hot chili or even the barbecue sauce... That's not what I requested! I've made a comment about it and I think they're working on improving this. Other than that, this KFC is quite okay. The only thing I'm still salty about, is them being late with opening up shop this year and not even communicating about it even after multiple requests from, among others, a newspaper. Customer service is a joke: no proper restocking of tissue and straws, cleanliness of the bathrooms is not okay: no soap dispenser, and smelly.
