✅ Pros: + Right outside of Hilversum station. Very easy access location + The taste, as a Viet, I’d say not yet there but I can see so many great ingredients they tried to make them home-made (e.g. the butter & the pate,.. Vietnamese way) so the taste I’d say quite close to what I eat in Vietnam. (Could be further enhanced) + AMAZING customer service. Adore the two ladies that served that day in the morning. Super hospitable, attentive, polite and sweet!! When I asked for a bit of fermented salad, she was not hesitant to add/adjust according to customer’s taste. Very lovely customer service!! 100/100 + Nice seating. Cozy, clean!! ❌ Cons: + I’d say they’re very close to the authentic Vietnamese version, still not yet there (maybe because I’m missing the secret-recipe meat sauce -> in Vietnam they somehow add this onto their banh mi, making it very unique & tasty). Will come back 👍

From the first bite, I couldn’t stop; I devoured it all the way to the last piece. The dish I ordered was the “Cursar Special”—a truly special bánh mì, just as its name suggests. Each layer of filling was generously packed: a rich layer of pate, fragrant meat, soft and smooth chả lụa, crunchy and tangy pickled vegetables, all blended together with a mysterious sauce—unnameable but awakening my taste buds. The flavor wasn’t just delicious; it was refined and genuinely addictive. This is hands-down the best Vietnamese bánh mì I’ve ever eaten in the Netherlands. The staff were a real “bonus point”—friendly, always smiling, and eager to introduce each dish with enthusiasm and warmth. I will definitely come back, many times, to explore the entire food and drink menu. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful dining experience.

Great bánh mì and phở. I think the menu is simple, but that’s how you know they’ll be good. The food is good, and actually authentic. The bánh mì is very delicious, highly highly recommend. The phở is also very nice, broth is tasty and aromatic. I also recommend egg coffee, I got the cocoa version because I don’t like coffee but it’s also very good. If you want a quick bite, good price and especially still delicious and has authentic taste to it, this is where you should turn to. Absolutely great bánh mì, it’s very good gotta say it twice. One thing I hope would be better is if in the future, for dine-in, they can change from single used plastic to normal bowls or something to avoid plastic waste. Other from that, great food and great service. Forgot to mention the people working there are absolutely lovely and...
