Domino's Pizza Hilversum — Restaurant in Hilversum

I placed an order yesterday and got a callback That it can not be delivered as there is no driver available. The next availability of driver was at 17:00 as per the person who called me. I am wondering what are you doing with pizza delivery with out availability of driver !! Extremely disappointed. You lost a gold card customer and family.

UPDATE: After social media based conversations, Dominos has confirmed that this is a very one off incident due to expected employee being sick. They have confirmed that necessary arrangements will be made going forward and most importantly communication on such incidents will be made more clear than just stating that 'order cannot be delivered now'. As a compensation, I was also offered a free pizza which I ordered today at 12:10, same was delivered at 12:45. Based on today's experience, I have raised my rating to 3 [earlier it was 1]. Terrible service and arrogant staff at this Hilversum store. I visited store today since pizza was not delivered even after 2,5 hours and calls were not being picked. I was been told delivery boy is on his way to my home for last 1,5 hours. Biggest joke!!. Never order pizza again from this store. Time of writing 16-12-1992 I've ordered a pizza with dominos last night and I have just received my order. I'm just a bit disappointed with the fact they have sent me a frozen pizza.
