He is actually the chef and the maitre 'd at the same time. In the middle of preparing the food, he would drop by to check whether everything is ok or not. Love it! The downside: it could take some time to get your food. We were the first in the restaurant (with a 2 yo hangry girl), so we got ours pretty quick. There are mix reviews on the price. For us, it was not cheap either (especially the starters as the size is quite small), but it's worth it - because he prepared himself from scratch.
