Super rude owner! The worst customer experience I've had in the Netherlands. Ordered a few pizzas at Thuisbezorgd but then canceled 2/3 pizzas from the order. They said I can cancel and they will give me a voucher. Today I ordered via their website (not Thuisbezorgd app/website) and put the voucher as a comment. The owner called me and tried to shame me for ordering at Thuisbezorgd. And that he now has to pay them a fee and that I made him do extra work. Even though, he said that he asked me to order via the phone, he never mentioned that Thuisbezorgd will charge him or that I can't order via website. Even if he'd done that and I'd forgot, he could have just canceled the order! Instead of being insanely rude and shaming...
