Bakkerij Voncken - Landgraaf — Restaurant in Landgraaf

On January 6, 2025, I went to voncken in Landgraaf and ordered a LV chocolate cake for January 11. So the woman with tattoos helped me out with my order and filled in the form and I went to the tills to pay the cake for 85 euros then she handed me the receipt and I walked out the store smiling. So it was January 11 at 15:00 o’clock , I went to the store to pick up my cake and guess what? I was told that there was no cake and blah blah blah. I was standing there for 15 minutes waiting to find out that the woman who helped me getting my order on January 6 that she made a mistake and was sent to the wrong department. So the cake was never made at all and I couldn’t believe it. That feeling of disappointment and those tears in my eyes was priceless. I told those workers that I had a birthday party at home and I needed to go back. So they were like take whatever you want and it’s free and they refunded me back for the money I paid. I took 6 containers of small coconut cookies and a cake on display also a slice of chocolate cake. You know people make mistakes but she could double check if it was sent to the right department she had plenty of time but damaged has been done. Vandaag, zaterdag 5 augustus: Abnormaal bot en stug personeel die zuchten wanneer een oudere dame het niet goed had begrepen. De pinautomaat lag eruit en mw. wilde al pinnen, diep zuchtend zei de verkoopster (klein, mollig en haren achterover gebonden zonder bril): NU NIET ZEI IK! In de bakkerij Lunchroom konden we een bakkerontbijtje bestellen. Dat was lekker! En zo vriendelijk personeel. Koffie / cappuccino, een zalige croissant, heerlijk bruin broodje met zaden. Beleg prima 👌🏻. De kwaliteit die je mag verwachten van een bakkerij. De winkel zijn in het winkelcentrum, waar je met een blauwe kaart gratis...
