What a nice place! We walked in with the intention to buy some take-aways, but they were so friendly and inviting that we ended up having a meal in the restaurant. Everyone were friendly, even the other customers. The place has a very positive vibe and we will definitely will go back when we visit...

Slechte klantenservice. Als u een zaak hebt waarbij de klantenservice uw inkomsten bepaald, dan moet u tijd uittrekken of in ieder geval interesse tonen in uw klant. Ik heb meer dan 10min bij u aan de counter gestaan om te informeren naar uw gebak. Toen ik uiteindelijk met een groep van 8 bij u aan tafel schoof voor een bestelling, stak u geen 1 vinger uit om mij en de rest van het gezelschap te bedienen. We hebben toen weer zitten wachten tot mijn maat vol was. Ik vind het niet erg om te wachten, echt niet, maar communiceer met uw klant.

Ik ben benieuwd naar uw beweegredenen om ons niet te bedienen.

Echter weet u, dat ik mijn geld niet aan u heb uitgegeven. Ik heb mijn boeltjes gepakt en ben vertrokken.
