Guulke eten & drinken — Restaurant in Nederweert

Guulke has a vintage atmosphere, recalling local history, which gives the place an identity. While I would like to love this place, I can't bring myself to rate it that high. The main reason for that is that while this place is good for lunch, dinner has been a disappointment of sorts several times. Dishes don't feel that well thought out or aren't served as specified on the menu. The food certainly isn't bad, it's quite tasty in fact but it lacks a certain zest or personal touch which would make it stand out. Combine that with the rather long wait in the evening, I just don't feel the price is entirely justified. Wij gingen geregeld naar Guulke maar de bediening laat de laatste tijd wel veel te wensen over we bestelde een cappuccino en of we meteen de bestelling door wilde geven wat we wilde eten, kregen nog geen kans om te kijken wat we precies wilde hebben, door de hectiek vergat ik iets dus riep haar terug van sorry ben wat vergeten maar we moesten het vingertje maar opsteken en mochten niet roepen nou nou lijkt wel een kleuterklas, uit fatsoen bleven wij zitten alhoewel mijn zin al over was, na een paar min kwam de bestelling de koffie en het eten soep salade en broodjes allemaal te geijk zo van eet maar snel op en maak maar dat je weg komt maar wij waren er zelf ook klaar mee binnen 3 kwartier stonden we weer buiten en gingen ons wijntje wel bij de buren drinken nee ons zien ze daar ook voorlopig...
