New York Pizza — Restaurant in Nijmegen

The pizza is expensive, but also really good. Contrary to what some other reviewers claim, I think the customer service is pretty good. Here is a story:

Two friends and I ordered 2 normal pizzas, and one large one. We also got 3 pizzas in total, one of which was large. The problem was the large pizza we ordered was normal, and one of the normal pizzas was large instead. So we got one large pizza, but not the correct one.

We called customer service, and they quickly delivered another large pizza, this time the correct one. We did not have any long discussions or anything. As soon as they understood what went wrong, they offered a solution. Of course, we were also allowed to keep the other pizzas.

In my opinion, this is exactly how the situation should have...

I didn't order food there but I'm living close by. I get that the food need to be deliver fast but come on. The road isn't a formula one circuit. Last night I was passing by and the car of the company just pass me to "arrive faster" at a red traffic light at the end of the street. Maybe it would be nice to say to your delivery person to be careful on the road and respect some basic ...

We live two blocks away from this location and ordered pizza at 18:45. We called at 19:30 asking where the pizza was. We were told the pizza was on it's way. At 20:00 we still had no pizza. We called back and had to cancel the order, the person on the phone didn't seem to care and had no sympathies for us....
