We came to Noordwijk for vacation and we made a reservation in advanced. This restaurant is quite far from beach, but we liked it because it looked brand new :)

All of staffs were really kind and they fluent in English as well. There’s some special signature menu and We saw that Korean style tartar on menu😋 As we are Korean, we interested in and wanted to try it. Using the sesame oil, the flavor of this tartar was really good!

Usually, don’t used to eat the decorative garnishes, but It was also delicious and all ate them.

Side dishes were tasteful and we recommend sweet-potato fries.

It was opened kitchen, so you can see how to cook and make your foods with chefs passion too. 😎

Our visit was in May. We don’t know now whether the menu still can order.

Very nice restaurant just outside the main tourist area of Noordwijk. Parking might be a bit of a challenge. The restaurant is brand new, looks very modern and has a relaxt vibe to it. Personnel is very friendly and attentive. At some times they are a bit to busy, but this is still in the first weeks of opening. The menu is interesting and offered a lot to our tasting. The food was well proportioned, high on seasoning and just really tasteful. They had some very nice wines of the local winery (Aad en Wijn) that tasted great! It is a smaller restaurant so a bit more noisy but when you are in a group it’s not an issue!

At this price point it’s just a very, very good restaurant! Will surely come back again. Because of the limited number of tables and the popularity; best to...

Bezocht op 26 september 2025 – Thema: “Spaanse avond”

Om positief te beginnen: de geserveerde wijnen waren van goede kwaliteit. Helaas lieten zowel het eten als de bediening ernstig te wensen over.

Amuse; na een uur wachten werden drie kleine toastjes geserveerd aan vijf dames. Voorgerecht 1, een weinig inspirerende samenstelling van pimientos, ibericoham en iberico-kroketjes. Op zich prima smaken, maar na ruim twee uur wachten was dit niet erg inspirerend; Voorgerecht 2, een koude soep die overwegend naar rauwe knoflook smaakte. De perzik was hierdoor niet te proeven. De Verdejo werd hierdoor compleet weggeblazen; Hoofdgerecht, de “Ribeye" was ronduit teleurstellend: taai en droog (een sous -vide zou een prima investering zijn voor dit restaurant). Taai taai taai (en nee nog geen 5 december). Dit was gewoon echt niet eetbaar! De patatjes die erbij geserveerd zouden worden kwamen veel te laat op tafel. -Nagerecht, het dessert leek nergens op, een inspiratieloze samenstelling van watermeloen, een overvloed aan muntblaadjes, ongebrande pistachenoten, stukjes pure chocolade en Sligro vanille-ijs. De link met het Spaanse thema was ver te zoeken.

Maar dan de grap van de avond, er was geen koffie of thee. Blijkbaar geen onderdeel van een Spaanse avond.

Conclusie, voor een bedrag van €90 per persoon had ik meer verwacht. Het eten was ronduit slecht, de service matig. Helaas sluit deze avond aan bij een eerdere lunchervaring deze zomer, waardoor ik mij helaas toch genoodzaakt voel deze review te plaatsen.
