From the moment we were seated, we were made to feel like valued guests. Our waiter, John, was outstanding, attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Tried this based on a recommendation and their prices. Unfortunately, the meat was disappointing. Particularly the lamb as how it is marinated essentially stews the meat rather than cooking it for a nice juicy char. My perception is the way the meats are cooked also does not give ample opportunity to develop a good sear either. The ribe eye was decent, but also lacked a good enough sear. What was even more unfortunate is that the side dishes were far more delicious than the mains. My husband, daughter, baby and I came for dinner a few weeks ago. And I have nothing but GREAT things to say. The care and love every single staff member put into the dinner service is a RARE thing to see.

My family owns 6 restaurants in the US- and opening a new restaurant is HARD, but Picanha makes it look easy! Incredible job, incredible food and incredible story.
