Starters were okay and delivered quickly, I waited for my steak 30~40 minutes AFTER we finished our starters and they took the plates.

The steak was delicious though. The steak is literally just the meat without anything on the side. I do not understand why the cooking took so long. We were the only visitors at the moment.

They took our used cutlery, but the new ones they put on dirty napkins, or on the bear dirty table 😑 Why not to replace the napkins alongside the cutlery?

The place is beautiful and super cozy. Making a reservation was easy, quick, and practical. The service at the restaurant was fast, but there’s one thing I didn’t like: we ordered 3 Italian Burgers, and instead of each person getting their own fries, they came together in 2 containers. This is a problem because each person pays for a specific amount of fries, and we didn’t know the portion per person. The same thing happened with the cheese appetizer from the menu. Zeer mooie ambiance. Heerlijke bankjes waar je in gezelschap kan zitten of aan een tafeltje. Wat ruimer opgezet dus je zit niet meteen met je rug tegen de buren aan of op iemands anders bord te kijken. Bediening is jong maar zeer netjes en correct. Alles onder het toeziend oog van de bedrijfsleider. Het eten is ok, echter de prijzen zijn best aan de hoge kant. In dit geval vind ik de balans een beetje de verkeerde kant op slaan. Óf het is te duur, óf het eten is niet goed genoeg. Als dat wordt aangepast zit er veel potentie in dit mooie restaurant. 3 personen, geen voorgerecht maar wel een toetje: € 155,00 Voor dat geld verwacht ik wel een excellent hoofdgerecht. Bruschetta er bij, nou, dat had weinig met bruschetta te maken, die kan je beter links laten liggen. Spareribs zijn heerlijk zacht (vallen van het bot) en lekker en ruim gemarineerd. Waarom er dan nog 2 sausjes op tafel komen voor de ribs is mij een raadsel? Hamburger was rijkelijk belegd, vlees was lekker. Gegrilde kip was veel te zout, die proef je de volgende ochtend nog. Op het randje van te droog. In de ladysteak zat een onkauwbaar stukje. Jammer. Patatjes waren lekker. Weinig salade of groentes er bij. Anno 2024 kan dat wat beter (lees: verantwoorder). Kortom, nog wat verbeterpuntjes, maar, ik ben ook erg kritisch. Al met al: prima restaurant - als je niet te kritisch bent op je smaak...
