🍟 Concept & Chef • Frites Atelier is ontstaan uit Sergio Herman’s passie voor friet en innovatie in toppings, met een focus op kwaliteit en ambacht . • In Roosendaal vind je dit concept naast vestigingen in Den Haag, Brussel, Gent en Antwerpen – de Roosendaalse vestiging opende feestelijk op 4 november 2021 .

Frites met toppings: • Flemish Beef Stew: gestoofd rundvlees in Petrus old brown bier, tuinkers & ingelegde mosterdzaadjes • Indo Peanut: pindasaus met kaffir limoen, frietjes afgemaakt met Rempejek en geroosterde pinda’s • Parmesan & Basil: vegetarische frietjes met Parmezaanse kaas, tomatenpoeder, basilicumcress & basil‑mayonaise • Veggie Chili con Queso: Chili sin carne, kaas‑spread, Andalouse saus & tomatensalsa • Spicy Royal Rendang: rendang met chili lime mayo, ingelegde groenten, frietjes afgemaakt met limoen – tip: combi met Stella Artois 25 cl

To the point, the person taking the order was very kind, other then that, behind the counter was a guy the only one dressed in black, was acting very arrogant towards other colleagues, constantly eating food, the kitchen was a mess and around it aswell, being used to the sergio herman standaard not only in frietes atelier in Antwerpen but aswell as in other places like le pristine and the cafe. Lets not talk about waiting for longer then 30 min for a buger and 1 fries. I dont mind the prices, but not for this, as the guy dressed in black just waited for hes colleagues to do most the work i got irritated and canceled my order, i will be back, because i know sergio wouldn't want this to be my experience. Unfortunately its difficult to find the right people and maybe even harder to offer good salaries and terms in...

Dropped by for a quick bite on a friday evening. Prices are way too high for what you get. They have a kids meal on the menu, however my 10 yr old girl does not eat meat. So, I suggested to replace the chicken chunks by a cheese croquet. Now, the lady really wasn't allowed to do that! The frites were okay, but the price??? 61 euros for some oversalted fast food. Because, at the end of the story that is what it is. I can have a much tastier dinner with my family for that amount. Next time we'll go to the fastfoodrestaurants which are just outside Rosada. They will not necessarily be much cheaper or tastier, but at least they will be more flexible when it comes to combining...
