after an afternoon of shopping we decided to eat at this place and the truth is that it was a bad experience from the moment we arrived, however we decided to stay since we were hungry, the lady at the checkout is disrespectful and rude, we accidentally dropped a glass drink on the floor and this lady started yelling at us and speaking very ugly, regardless of what it was, it was not the manner or tone, it is a call to the management of this place, they should urgently supervise their staff otherwise they will lose sales and customers, check the reviews there are many negative ones and that hurts the business, service and customer service is an important factor in a food business and more in a place like that, look for staff who are fit to work with the public with kindness, I hope they improve all the negative points for the well-being of...

Vandaag 20-04-2024 voor de tweede keer hier gegeten. Het restaurant oogt best gezellig en het eten vinden wij prima. Redelijk grote porties pasta en pizza. Pasta carbonara was wat flauw. Personeel is niet echt leuk.. Bij binnenkomst is er niemand die je opmerkt. Ik zei na een poosje zelf maar goedemiddag bij de kassa. Toen zei de man; "u kunt zelf bestellen bij de zuil, wij zijn druk"! Die zuil is niet goed zichtbaar en stond er de vorige keer nog niet. Op meerdere plekken binnen Rosada vind je deze manier van bestellen. Het was rustig en duurde niet lang. De vorige keer was het druk, duurde het echt lang en ging er ook van alles mis. De eigenaresse viel toen haar personeel af waar iedereen bij stond. Nu liep ze alleen rond. Ze komt niet bepaald sympathiek over....
Maar we hebben het toch nog een tweede kans gegeven zie je wel.
De drankjes vinden wij wel echt buitensporig duur!! 200 cl ijsthee €3,70. 330 cl coca cola € 5,50. 330 cl vinden zij groot. Terwijl dat volgens mij gewoon normaal is. Als we een dagje weggaan vinden we een flesje voor €3,50 eigenlijk al veel te duur dus moet je nagaan.
