I’ve been to this restaurant a few times—four times, to be exact—and every visit has been a different experience. The service and food quality seem to depend entirely on the owner’s mood. When things are calm, you might get a nice meal with a smile. But when it’s busy and they aren’t expecting many customers, they become overwhelmed, and the service suffers.
The last two times I visited, the restaurant was crowded, and the owner panicked. He started complaining about the number of guests and couldn’t provide proper service. When he’s stressed, the food quality declines, and the staff doesn’t treat customers well.
