The chicken strips were pretty good but not worth the terrible service and overall experience me and my friends had here. My friend had to get up and ask for the menu from the guy inside even though there were two waitresses walking around where we were sitting. When one of them finally took our order she did not bring any cutlery or napkins or anything with the food. Again, we had to get them ourselves. The other waitress was blatantly rude to my friend and ignored her for no reason when she went inside to look for the bathroom. The guy at the counter (the manager?) rolled his eyes when we asked to split the bill to pay via debit, said "this is so much worse for me now I have to pay 3 times" and responded passive aggressively when I thanked him afterwards. I had a disappointing experience here. I was speaking clear DUTCH, but the staff member seemed to intentionally misunderstand me — even trying to charge me for more items than I ordered. It wasn’t busy at all (I was the only one ordering from the fast food side), yet she forgot my fries completely. Only when I returned 10 minutes later to ask if I could take them to go, did she finally put them in the fryer.

When I got them, she dumped the fries directly on top of the mayonnaise instead of beside it. I asked for salt and was told they had none — which I found odd for a burger and fries place. On top of that, she was whispering things under her breath and acted very unfriendly, even though I remained polite and patient the entire time.

Very bad service. Me and my friends came hoping for a nice experience. The food was okay. It took a very long time for us to even get a menu and to get the food. The waitresses were not friendly. When I asked one if she could tell me where the bathroom was she said No and I had to wait for her to return to let her know I was a paying customer. Both waitresses could have been more polite and organised. When paying at the till the man there was visibly upset when we wanted to split our bill amongst ourselves.
