nice food very poor service. my friend got a coffee that tasted way too acidic. after he told the waitress that the coffee was too sour to drink, she did nothing about it (only said the humidity sometimes affects the coffee machine) and charged him for it, even though she understood the coffee was undrinkable. I also overheard another waitress tell some other clients who seemed to be her friends that "coffee is off today". also, another barista came in to do something with the coffee machine, and they were all tasting and discussing it over multiple iterations. so, I am pretty sure they knew there was a problem with the coffee that day but still decided to serve an undrinkable drink, charge for it, and not offer a replacement please enjoy that bottom layer...

I've had the best lattes and ice coffees here. They are very accomodating to vegan and lactose intolerant needs and have plenty of milk alternative options.

Food is also very nice, personally I'm a fan of their banana bread and tostis (the bread is great). As a return costumer it's also appreciated that they switch up their menu every now and then, offering new things.

The employees are kind and friendly. Everyone is polite and super attentive.

We ordered an americano which was disappointing. Quite watery and tasted more like dirty sock juice. I had to return it and the staff offered me something else as a replacement. In the end, we were not charged the coffee which was a pleasant surprise. I would say the service and attitude made up for the drink which makes me leave a 5 star review here. This is quite a rare behavior so it needs to be encouraged and rewarded. Please go there and have a coffee. Coffee can always be fixed easily, service culture and attitude is much...
