Forget every other ramen establishment in Rotterdam. Ramen Nikkou triumphs over them, by far.
The broth is super rich, thick and full of flavor. Every topping compliments said broth, and is of very high quality as well. It's the only ramen place in the city that offers the same authentic quality you would find in Japan.
The menu is small, but every ramen variation is fantastic. You'll be served an outstanding dish, no matter what option you pick.
Service is great and the atmosphere of Station Bergweg is amazing as well. I can confidently call Ramen Nikkou my favorite ramen in The Netherlands.

I tried No.3 with chicken fillet and green shiso leaf oil and my friend tried No.1 with Shoyu(soy sauce), yuzu peels and Chashu pork.
No.3 is richer in a creamy and salty flavor that probably enhanced by the participation of the green shiso leaf oil, which makes the broth more interesting than bare chicken broth.
No.1 has a stronger soy sauce flavor that might make the ramen greasy, thus the addition of the yuzu peels is a smart choice.
Overall it’s so happy to try out this new ramen shop, I’ll visit next time...
