The only reason why I am giving Eazie this rating is because of the misconception of the information given about the food I ordered. I’ve ate one of eazie’s wraps before , which I think is good but this time I’ve decided to order one of their healthy specials on Thuisbezorgd and was not pleased with the food. It was soo spicy which made no sense due to the fact that it never stated on the menu description that it would be spicy, instead it simply stated everything it contains and it also mentioned their other excluded option that you may add if you WANT to, such as simbal (spicy sauce) , soy sauce, onions etc. bare in mind I didn’t even choose any of the excluded options which means it should have been just a simple meal right? I suggest that Eazie add a proper description of their food , because I was unable to eat it due to harsh sensitivity of the lips cost by the hotness of spice. If I had knew this from before or at least simply stated , then I would have mentioned precautions in the remark box before ordering but I honestly did not think it would have been like this since the description was precise. Most food places I have ordered from have mentioned everything and Eazie should too. If you are not into spicy food like I am and is planning to order their food , I advise you to take precautions and write a note to them first before ordering , otherwise it will be a waste of money for you as it...

The lady at the counter was extremely uninterested when I approached to order...it took her minutes to acknowledge me standing there wanting to order while she was busy refilling ingredients and talking to her colleagues .. She didn't ask if I wanted a different side dish I had to ask her myself she was already summing up my purchase. It looked like she Really doesn't want me to be there so I didn't even bother to ask for a bigger portion and snacks as originally intended. It seemd like i was bothering her. I understand this is a job that makes you tired but to act like the costumer is just wasting your time while they're ordering one item to take away is ridiculous. The employees are more busy chatting and playing on their phone instead of cooking /taking orders. The food is really stale the chicken meat inside were just leftover cuts looked like something I'd throw away when cutting up chicken and the veggies are far from fresh. Never...

Ordered a box of chicken teriyaki w/ udon noodles.

I thought I ordered a medium, but I may have accidentally ordered a large. My portion was huge. A lot of udon noodles. I binned nearly half. Also, because they were drowning in sauce.

They were generous with their serving of protein. My box had a lot of chicken. (It actually had more chicken than veggies.). The chicken/noodles were slathered in sauce. Too much sauce. The sauce was a little salty and, since there was so much of it, I drank two bottles of water after eating.

I would stop by again. But, I would not order the same dish again. I might try their wrap or poke bowl next time.
