KFC — Restaurant in Rotterdam

Update 15/2/23. I'm not sure what has happened to this branch. It was always consistently good but this time the item I wanted to order was not on display in the ordering machine. I could order at the counter but was rudely informed that I needed to pay using the machine anyway which didn't work at all and there were a few people having this problem

Absolutely wonderful to be able to eat my favourite food again! Lovely special offer: BOGO (buy one get one). The Zinger was fresh and crispy, the location immaculately clean and the staff friendly....

The first and the last time! The worst KfC! The kid was shouting at the top of his lungs and the employees didn't even react! If the strange mother of this unpredictable brat couldn't calm him down because she didn't give a damn about it, then one of the employees should have done something. After a whole day of hard work, I don't feel like listening to a bratty brat or seeing the eyes of a handicapped mother because I don't have it...

food is just like every other KFC but more on the lower side

service is terrible, the people at the front always avoid eyecontact and ignore you when you want to order / pickup an order for delivery. After ordering the service is still very slow and there's alot of chatting behind the counters. doesn't matter for rush hour or normal quiet hours

when confronting them they are very rude without...
