The food took an HOUR to arrive. No appetisers (e.g. bread) while waiting for our starters. Asked for the fries to be served earlier instead of with the main course, so we could at least have something to eat in the meantime, but they refused. Nothing said along the lines of "sorry we're very busy, the food will be late". It was a long and painful wait for what was at best decent food, though some portions were small and not worth the price. However the waiting time ruined the experience.
