Surinamese-Chinese Restaurant Ka-yin — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I saw one bad comment about this restaurant and I want to mention when I wanted to add something on my noodles all the stuff was very friendly and they added it even if they had a lot of work to do.Is the only restaurant wich when I speak english the stuff understand and serve me on the time and don’t let me waiting so I recommend it if you speak only english .The food is delicious and they cook it very fast .The only thing I want to say is that today when I order Japanese style noodles to my box were classic noodles and not what I order but still was delicious and mistakes can happen ☺️If you want my opinion there is no competition at all with the other restaurants if you see the prices you gonna understand...

We were encouraged by the reviews, one referring specifically to the excellent saoto soup. This was unfortunately a real disappointment. It came packed with plenty of chicken but it was overcooked into another dimension, seemingly with a texture of press board. Just passing by Rotterdam and stumbled across this small eatery run by a small family. I can say one of the top meals I've tasted in Europe. Chicken (breast), duck and BBQ pork was perfectly cooked, flavors were on point. The staff was extremely friendly. Price were almost too reasonable for what it is. The portion was so huge, that we had enough for breakfast and we still got too full lol. Highly recommended. Michelin star...
