Horrendous service.

Lady with brown curly hair is really rude and has an attitude. First, they forgot my cappuccino. 15 minutes later, after people behind me in line got their order already, I went to the desk to ask. I also asked and paid for a latte with oat milk, however upon asking, that lady made it with regular milk. No sorry or apology whatsoever and I had to wait even longer for the new drink.

Today we came with 4 people and two of us got their order quickly, while the other two had to wait for their order for 20 mins longer because the croissants weren’t baked yet. Waitress first wanted to give us the breakfast without the croissants, hoping we wouldn’t notice. Then she tried blaming it on us, saying that we should have informed them that we are sitting together. But we literally made the order together?! Again, rude and no sorry or apology.

Just disgraceful and unacceptable. Don’t expect any customer service or...

Meh. There’s too much variability in the quality of meals and coffee. Regarding coffee, it very much depends on the employee who’s making it. Sometimes the espresso is just right, sometimes it tastes burned. The milk foam tends to be too thick, so that it doesn‘t blend well with the coffee, forget about latte art. Perhaps pay for your employees to take a barista workshop? When it comes to food, some of the permanent menu is consistently good (e.g. the fries). Temporary options are a gamble, you never know what you get. It could be fantastic or downright awful. There’s way too much meat on the menu, especially considering the university’s values and sustainability goals. But that’s a different debate. Nice atmosphere, good location, no complaints for the staff.

The food, however - I'm not sure if "super, extremely, well-done; burn it if you have to" wasn't explicit enough, but it consistently results in a burger, indistinguishable from the "medium rare" one my friend is eating in the adjacent seat. Why such a pretentious request for a well done burger? Because of 3 food poisoning incidents from the exact same burger and similar "well done" requests. Embarrassing enough the 2nd and 3rd time, but there will be no 4th.
