One of the employees (a guy with brown hair and glasses) was really impolite. I do believe that just saying hello to the customer is the minimum required for this job. If you're not able to be nice with customers, at at least look at them when they order, maybe do another job where you do not have to talk to people. The cookies also appeared to have been baked two days ago because they were so hard that I nearly broke a tooth. However...

I like the drinks there, but the staff with brown hair and glasses really messed up. When I have clearly said that I wanted matcha latte, I was provided with latte instead. When I have indicated that I have ordered matcha latte, the staff guy did nothing but said that I have apparently ordered latte and not matcha latte, hence attempting to gaslight me.
