Facet Eten & Drinken Rotterdam — Restaurant in Rotterdam

Although my expectations were low about quantity after see the pictures published from other customers (and that's the reason we took also calamari from as a starter, the thing is that the dishes were fine, and with enough food. They look poor of sides (potatoes and vegetables) but seams like the other customers didn't take the picture of the whole dishes as I did. We asked for "entrecot" and it came with potatoes and onion and extra side dishes (salad and more fries). The meat was really good and my angus burguer was tasty! The only thing 8€ for a normal glass of wine was really expensive. They can be with wines menu 4, 6, 10, 12 per glass depending of the wine of course, but asking a "vino de la casa" which is a normal one, 8€ wasn't too fair. But I give them 5 stars. 🌟 Service...

Nice ambiance, good food, fun personnel, good for dinner or just a drink. The menu includes a few vegetarian options.

RESTAURANT: Acoustics are very good for such a small place! It must be that awesome ceiling(saying this as an engineer:) a dropped ceiling is great for acoustics but usually look terrible, but not theirs. This is a black edition with black plates, a black grid and even lamps & the ventilation system are black. It creates a nice cozy and 'gezellige' vibe.

FOOD: Their speciality is mosselen, but their lasagna is great too! Many original options on the menu, well done!

DRINKS: Some good choices in wines and beers. Not too many but good options.

Geen enkel ster waard. Maar je moet een ster geven om te kunnen posten. Onbeschofte eigenaar. Maandagavond ben ik met 5 collega's gaan eten en heb ik binnen een half uur voedselvergiftiging opgelopen. Ik was werkelijk ziek geworden van het eten van een slechte mossel. De volgende dag heb ik met mijn nog zieke lijf het verhaal voorgelegd gesproken met ene Max en mijn geld terug gevraagd. De bedrijfsleider zou mij terugbellen dit is niet gebeurd. Vandaag zelf teruggebeld en de (volgens zijn zeggen) eigenaar Frans Bruine gesproken. Meneer was heel onbeschoft, "het kon hem geen ** schelen", "ik zal wel iets anders hebben gebruikt waar ik ziek van ben geworden" en ook nog "het KAN onmogelijk dat je van mosselen ziek wordt, dat heb ik in 33 jaar nog nooit meegemaakt" aldus de bedrijfsleider? Eigenaar? Zeer slechte zaak als je een klant die dik heeft betaald, ziek is geworden als leugenaar wegzet. Vergoeding van mijn bedorven pannetje zou echt wel op zijn plaats zijn. Op zijn minst een verontschuldiging of begrip en erkenning was zeer welkom geweest. Niets van dat alles. Ik zal in ieder geval never nooit meer een voet in...
