HFC - Halal Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I went with my family to have a dinner .. i asked the employer to have a family pack not a spicy 🔥 because my children doesn't eat spicy. We got a spicy family pack and the chicken was really not fresh and dry like rubber. This is my second experience. Since i came from Groningen and i am not familiar with restaurants in Rotterdam. Went there at night around 21h or a bit before. As someone who knows how to fry chicken I was quite impressed! We got the spicy wings. The atmosphere is nice. The guy at the cashier was very friendly but he kept cleaning his nose with his hands which was rather disgusting. Wasn't sure if it was drigs or a cold. He seemed rather agitated. This place has by far the best buckets I could find in the city.
