Little C, Coolhaven — Local services in Rotterdam

The building complex might look very nice from the outside, but inside is another story. Renting an apartment in little C is a hellish experience. Nothing is working here, starting with the door downstairs (does not open, especially in the evening hours), and finishing with wrongly hung balcony, leaking tubes from the neighbors upstairs which caused a hole in our shower ceiling (it took them ONE YEAR TO REPAIR THIS), drainage problems, noise disturbance, our neighbors had their door flewn out because of the storm - shall I go on? On top of that, the building managers are highly irresponsible and unresponsive, and they never answer an...

People that write these reviews apparently do not live here. These buildings are badly constructed.

Balconies are hanging not straight and the noise disturbance is horrible. Who builds an apartment building next to the hospital where the emergency helikopter flys on and off 3 meters next to your balcony?? Ambulances and police cars all day long. Thats why everybody left after one year of living here.

Not to mention Rijnland who is the worst real estate manager...
