La Place — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I used to visit this place often, but after the last two times I won't go again. On July 31, between 11:30 am and 11:45 am, I ran into an Asian woman at a hot food service. I took the potatoes in an ordinary plate and waited for the chicken, which she had just brought and was about to put out. then there was an extremely rude conversation on her part that I was using the wrong plate. I said that I always took this particular plate and there were no questions. she drove me away pointing to a sign about the promotion, for which I get a salad and smoothie for 7€ (this is an inaccurate price). I didn’t take the chicken and went for a smoothie, but for some reason at the checkout they counted everything for me as usual, without taking into account any promotions. La Place once was a trendy and comfortable place for coffee with a choice of cakes, or for lunch with your colleagues or friends. Food was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced! Those were the days!!!! Now: quite messy, tables aren't cleaned, staff/service low unmotivated ones with no sence of customer friendly service, and the food quality is on the cheap side. I wanted to take photo of the food for salads, and got hugely fireback from a worker in the bacground in a very disrespective way that she even didn't want to talk to me but only dismissing me from the restaurant. I wanted to ask why, but she only kept dismissing me from distance and then her coworker came to tell me that this is not in their policy. When I asked to show me where it indicated I can not do that, then they let me to take the photo.
