Terrible experience. Never ordering here again! We placed an order, paid for it, and never received our pizzas. The restaurant claimed they had been dropped off at the reception, but this was simply not true. There was no proof of delivery, and no effort was made to resolve the situation. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no compensation or refund. This is completely unacceptable. I will never order from this place again and strongly advise others...

Absolutely unacceptable Avoid at all costs! I ordered and paid for my pizzas, but they never arrived. The restaurant insisted they had been delivered to the reception, which is simply false. No evidence was provided, and the staff showed no willingness to help or take responsibility. I received neither a refund nor any form of apology. This kind of service is disgraceful. Ordered a 2 pizzas at 17:00. The delivery was spouse to be done at 19:00. It was delivered 19:45. And they forgot to put paprikas before baking it. They were hard and cold. Not the first time delivery was late .
