Unlike its Turkish counterpart, the Syrian version contains significantly less sugar, allowing the natural flavors of the nuts and dough to shine through. The ratio is especially noteworthy, an impressive 80% nuts to only 20% dough! It's a symphony of textures and flavors that's hard to beat.

Their Halawet El Jibn is another standout. Each bite is pure bliss, showcasing the skill and authenticity of their craft soft, silky and not to sweet. I eat them without the rose sugar water that goes with it, to my opinion that ruin the taste and subtle flavour of Halawet El Jibn And let’s not forget their éclairs—they’re irresistibly delicious and are twice the size of the one you buy at any other place!

actually .. to be honest i am not happy with this experience at all ! many times i intended to visit their shop cause it has varities of arabic sweets .. but today i went there and i bought 1 kilo of assorted arabic sweets which looks good in appearance but ! the treatment of staff was not so great and the most important thing is the sweets itself ! its dry .. hard to bite , and not soft .. the taste is commercial and has no authentic flavor as i know it, being a damacus guy who can figure out and distinguish exactly the good from the bad in this field ! i gave two stars ratings according to the taste , look , design and flavor .. which is very fair in my opinion ! there are many other places in different city has a better sweets and more authentic...

الشب الذي في المحل ابو لحيه يقول انه صاحب المحل جداً جدأ قليل ادب نحن زبائن من فتره منذو شهر كنت انا و رجلين اصدقائي نشتري و انا صاحب عائلة اشتري لليتي و بيت اولادي و بيت بنتي اربع عائلات كل مره اشتري اقل مره 300 يورو و هو يعرف اني زبونه منذو شهر كان يمزح معنا ويقول لصديقي يجب ان تتزوج امرأة ثانيه وووو انا انظر للخلف و رئيت امرأة محتشمه هي خلفنا ولكن هي في وجهه وقلت له انتبه و قلت أعطنا أغراضنا لندهب وتكلمنافي السيارة ان الامرأة في وجهه هو غير محترم ذهبنا اليوم لنشتري يوجد ناس 5 اشخاص و نحن 3 و طلبنا من شب اخر لا اريد الاحتكاك معه على انه عامل غير محترم قالو لي اصدقائي انت انتقي لنا ولك و اولادك وانا اطلب قلت له ضع لنا الاغراض في علبه كرتون هذه ليست جميله بلاستيك شفاف قال الكيلو ب 30 يورو في البلاستيك اما في الكرتون ب 33 قلت انت تزين مع الكرتون لماذا تزيد سعر الكيلو 3 يورو بما انك تبيع الكرتون ب 30 يورو و الكرتون اقل من 30 يورو وكان الجواب انا صاحب المحل و ابيع متل مابدي بس تصير صاحب محل بيع متل مابدك انا اعتذر منه هو صاحب محل و انا فقير لم ارى النعم في حياتي وقلت له شكراً ولكن لا داعي ليعلا صوتك و وقفت على باب المحل وقلت له نظرتي لك انك لم تكن في حياتك ابن نعم بين قوسين ( فجعان ) و قال له صديقي وهو منذو 45 سنه صاحب محلات في هولندا عيب عليك صوتك يعلا و شكراً الك و مشينا الف شكر...
