Read moreThe staff is so unprofessional, rude and not polite. It was 5.20pm, 70% of the tables were empty, but had the sign " reserve ". We ask politely to the waitress (a young dutch girl) ; what time are these tables booked ? She replied: after 6pm. So, as we had a meeting somewhere else at 6.30 pm it was perfect. We replied politely: may we just seat for a drink, we have to leave at 5.45 anyway. She replied in a such unfriendly way. Cannot you read what is written! She added in Dutch. "deze domme gele Aziaat " Even if I am half Japanese, I can understand and read Dutch. Speaking still challenging. I was shocked. I told her I understood what she said. She replied: and so ?? We were all shocked, but was too well educated to argued with this dutch girl in her early 20s. May be she should visit Tokyo to see how we welcome foreigner and may be learn a bit of politness. It's an incredibly cozy spot. We reserved a space for a birthday celebration and were given a private area with a large table, couches, and a charming setup featuring a small Christmas tree and a fireplace. It was perfect for such an occasion.
While the presentation of the main dishes was impressive, unfortunately, the taste didn’t quite meet expectations—none of us found the food particularly flavorful. On the bright side, the coffee and desserts were excellent, and I suspect they come from a quality local patisserie.
The Christmas decorations and interior design were absolutely lovely, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. I’d recommend this place for relaxed drinks with a loved one or as a cozy stop for coffee after a sunny walk...
