I was quite disappointed with my recent visit to this place after nearly five years. The breakfast we ordered took an unexpectedly long time to arrive and even waiting for almost another 10 minutes, the bread was still missing, and we had to ask for it. While this could have been overlooked, the teapot also never arrived. Once again, we had to go and ask for it, even though customers who arrived after us were being served their tea well before us. The overall service was not up to the standard we had previously experienced. My family, who are local and regular visitors, were equally surprised by the poor service. They mentioned that the owner, who usually ensures everything runs smoothly, was not present that day, which might explain the decline in service quality. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering the high expectations I had from my previous visit.

Sertap and Serpil went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, offering recommendations and making sure everything was fresh and delicious. Their friendly and attentive service truly made the...
