One star is too much for what they have!

You want to eat something, to continue your day in peace but, you can’t with places like this.

I was asking six times for a new fork because every time, the fork was greasy or/and dirty. Every time they bring me a new one with the same problem. They even try to convince that a brown leftover is not visible by them. Even after they scratched it. 🤮🤢🤮🤢 They offered me a plastic fork but I didn’t came to a “restaurant” to eat with plastic. I don’t need microplastics inside of me only because they are unprofessional and lazy. In the end, I was washing myself one.

The “manager” doesn’t have any affinity with the position because instead of saying “sorry” and to solve the problem, he shout at me that I should wash the fork at the toilet. Zero communication skills and diplomacy. Instead he consider that is the best to tell me “Enjoy your meal!” after he didn’t found any arguments. Why he is rude? He should lead the people.

From all the stuff, four people at that moment, only one girl was wearing a glove(not two), the rest didn’t hear about something like this, even if, at least two was preparing the food.

About the food… They put the paper with the sauce inside of the salads. The burgers are made on microwave and the person who’s making the food can serve it also, so, their hands will be dirty. Also, the food didn’t pass the toilet test.

Also, the place where you can eat outside it’s dirty. The tables didn’t see any wipe in days. The chairs are often pooped on by birds, but nobody cares.

I was here before, and the last time when I was, nobody was wearing gloves at the gelato when they were serving. Also, they touched money(on of the dirtiest things) and the gelato with the same hands. Also, the guy misunderstood my order 3 times(it was a chance to be more, but I give up when I see that he is on another planet). Maybe he was high.

In the end, I spend more than 30 euros for dirty stuff, unpleasant vibe and people who feel entitled to give you unprofessional services in...

19/02/2024 at 14:30pm i was there with my daughter just to get an icecream and a mint tea, i had to wait till all the people food were cooked and prepared forever to just get an ice cream and tea. The girl at the kassa was super grumpy and unfriendly, i noticed her already few times i have been there. She is the worse staff there. The toilet was absolutely discusting, shit on the toilet seat, does anyone even check the toilets ever or clean them? Just the food and drinks are good, everything else is horrible...

Gisteren weer eens lekker naar het strand geweest om vervolgens patat etc te halen om lekker op het strand op te eten. Ja, het was druk. Maar er stond voldoende personeel. Alleen jammer dat ze geen van allen door hadden wat ze aan het doen waren. Ze stonden meer niet achter de balie dan wel. Wat een ongecontroleerde boel! Bijna een uur zitten wachten op 3 patatjes en wat snacks. Die trouwens al meer dan 15 min gebakken in het mandje boven het frituur hingen. Patat lag er ook al ruim 20 min en werd telkens nieuwe bij geschept. Dus als je pech had, kreeg je de oude patat. Naast de frituur stond een bak met verkeerd gebakken snacks. Er loopt een ( denk Marokkaanse dame ) achter de balie, op zoek naar een snack. Ze kan haar bestelling niet vinden en besluit om de snack uit de bak te halen die naast het frituur staat met oude koude snacks en geeft deze gewoon mee aan een klant. En dan de toiletten: ik heb nog nooit zoiets smerigs gezien. En geef je het aan, doen ze er helemaal niks aan. Vervolgens krijg ik kapotte bitterballen, koude snacks en koude patat. Niet echt je geld waardig dus. En dan de dames die met sieraden en nepnagels je salade staan klaar te maken. Tijd dat ze eens...
