I was very disappointed with my visit. The service was slow and disorganized, the food was cold and not cooked properly, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. For the prices they charge, I expected much better.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning. There are far better options in the area.

We left feeling completely cheated. An older lady explained the menu in a way that was totally misleading. She clearly said that per portion it was €10.95, but if we chose the so-called “Best Friend” shared menu, we could have 5 plates for €39.50. Of course, we trusted her word and went for it.

What a shock when the bill arrived: €110 for just 5 very small portion dishes! That’s nearly three times what she led us to believe. When we questioned it, instead of admitting the explanation was unclear, she arrogantly told us we misunderstood. This is unacceptable. The way she explained it was ambiguous at best, dishonest at worst.

This restaurant hides behind tricky wording, refuses to take responsibility, and makes the customer feel at fault. We left angry, disappointed, and determined never to return. There are plenty of good, honest restaurants around — this is definitely not...

Terrible restaurant. Upsell to bestfriends platter was not properly explained that it will be per person, the ala carte was 10 per plate and with the package its about 40 to be shared.the menu is so vague and ambiguous, we tried to explain and the owner said she was in restaurant for years and years and will not refund as she never made a mistake. Well we did not even get a coffee and a dessert which should have been part of the package.What a rip off, there are far better restaurant than this and the food was so mediocre and was served cold! Bugs everywhere and my friend got bitten by mosquitos. This restaurant should be reported to chamber of commerce for bait and switch, reported to health authorities for bugs and should be educated in customer service. This little meal was 109...

Wat een slecht restaurant. Prijs kwaliteit is enorm scheef. Veel te hoge prijzen voor eetcafégerechten. Bovendien was het personeel erg onvriendelijk. Door een openstaande deur naar het terras waar personeel naast ging roken, zaten we enorm in de rooklucht. Dat is normaal al onprettig maar als zwangere zit je daar helemaal niet op te wachten. Toen we de deur dicht deden werd het personeel boos. Ze hadden geen zin om de airco aan te zetten en met de deur dicht werd het te warm binnen. We moesten maar gewoon in de rooklucht zitten. Dat het vlees niet gelijkmatig gegaard was en de risotto niet te pruimen, was ons eigen probleem. Een excuus kon er niet vanaf. Personeel legde wel even heel belerend uit wat een risotto nu precies is. Alsof we dat nog nooit gegeten hebben. Kortom van een goede service hebben ze hier echt...
