Did you know: this place is one with café buurman? Clever, I don't know why, but it works. One has the bar, the other the kitchen I think. Food was great though. Could have had a tickle more veggies but it's fine. Oh and you get the mayonnaise in like little tubes which is cute and all but not really necessary charging double what it'd usually take. But minor points so no reason to loose a star, frankly. The servers were very nice as well. Good vibes.

the service staff were very attentive and polite. the burger was solid and couldn't fault it. the radiant heaters in the outdoor area make it more than pleasant to sit and enjoy until late in the evening. we will be back.

Ik bestelde een pasta, mijn partner een salade. Op de kaart staat dat de hoofdgerechten met frieten geserveerd worden... De ober zegt gelijk... Frieten of brood. Mijn partner bestelde frieten bij haar salade, ik vroeg op mijn beurt brood bij mijn pasta. Op de rekening zie ik een supplement van 2,5 euro voor brood staan. Ik vraag aan de ober of dit klopt gezien de melding op de kaart ''alle hoofdgerechten''.. en haar specifieke vermelding dat het frieten of brood zou zijn. Ze vertelde dat dat niet geldt voor pasta... En dat je in dat geval plots wel een supplement van 2.5 euro voor brood moet betalen. Om het gezellig te houden betaalde ik de rekening...
