Pizzeria La Casa — Restaurant in Sluis

Wondering who could have rated more than 1 star this place. Normal pizza 0 stars, gluten-free -10 stars, lactose-free THEY PUBLISHED and advertised but they DON'T SELL it.

Service? -30 stas. Incompetent, rude and racist.

The obese waitress responded rudely to me in the beginning, and later responded similarly to my husband when he went to pay. They didn't come to our table to ask if we wanted the bill or if wanted anything else, and that is ok, but to respond aggressively is NOT acceptable.

The waitresses do not know how to serve. They expected I raised my hands to pick my pizza, while it was VERY EASY for them to take TWO STEPS to the left and put the pizza plate ON THE TABLE. The same when the fat waitress came to pick the plate. No questions or anything, just came to pick the plates and expected I bring the plate to her hands. THAT IS CALLED SELF-SERVICE AND NOT RESTAURANT. At a restaurant, waitresses put the dish on the table and PICK THEM UP from the table... Especially if the waitress HAS ALL THE SPACE AVAILABLE to go and pick it. A black lady and his black son arrived after us. When their food arrived to their table, the restaurant REMOVED the retractable roof from them. So their table was uncovered, but all the other tables (where there were other customer) had the roof to be protected but not them. They were the only customer in that side under the sun. A friend recommended this place and i cannot express how amazed we were. Yes the food was great no doubt about it however the real star of the restaurant is the waiter. Wow this guy spoke over 5 languages. He was so polite and respectful towards everyone. We stood next to the door and every time someone entered the place he went and greeted them personally. He asked about where we're from and our names and used them until we went home. Helped us with the weird parking situation Infront and was an absolute gentleman the entire time. I wish we could visit again just to chat with him a bit. He should train every waiter in the area :D if you read this man shout-out to you and your amazing work ethic!!!!! Keep being...

First time having dinner @ Pizzeria La Casa. It was well worth our visit! The Pizzas were very nice, especially the Calzone that I had. It has been a long time sinds I had such a good one, apart from being in Italy itself!

The kids menu was also good and the deserts were delicious. The staff were also very friendly and attentive!

A sure visit if you are in Breskens and have a craving...
