Food is good but we went on a Sunday and it was extremely busy. It seemed like they were suffering from a lack of staff in the kitchen as they were just not able to keep up with demand. Occasionally things where empty for up to 10/15 minutes and that's just really a shame when u have limited time to eat as they work with a you pay for 2 hours( which is plenty normally) I'm guessing they have the same issue as most restaurants in the Netherlands where restaurants lost loads of staff due to corona. Normally I'd probably 4 star this restaurant as overal quality is good for a buffet restaurant. But since it is a buffet restaurant it will be hard to ever 5...
