Mexicaans Restaurant Terschelling — Restaurant in Terschelling

We made a reservation for 7 pm by phone and arrived in time. The waitress said our reservation was for 5 pm and was snappy right away. No idea of solving the situation customer-oriented. There are 3 customers who were present during the reservation by phone and its clearly a mistake of the restaurant. There was no interest in finding a solution and making the customers happy anyway. They seemed to be happy getting us out.

Disappointed that I didn’t scroll further down on the reviews before coming here. The bad reviews were further down the page and I can agree with nearly all of them. Grumpy owner, although the young girl waitress was friendly. Can not order tap water only buy water!! Sorry water is free for the tap I would like water with my dinner and wine!

Lovely gem that any visitor to Terschelling ought to visit. Helpful, attentive and welcoming staff make you feel at ease, and the kitsch atmosphere isn't too much. In fact, it's charming. While the drinks list is limited (some more Mex and Spanish beers, and some extra Scotch, would be ideal), the menu should suit anyone. Steak was cooked beautifully, and the salad was delightful Everyone on the table cleared their plates happily, and some of us were discerning eaters indeed.
