Brasserie de Lindeboom — Restaurant in Texel

After a long long day on the bikes we stopped off here just by chance as we we just hungry. Even though we were a bit damp we were made to feel very welcome. Ordered drinks and an early evening meal, both opting for the local lamb. Quite simply it was delicious and well worth the price. My fiancé is from New Zealand and grew up on a sheep farm and commented it was some of THE best lamb she’s had. It was cooked to perfection and the vegetables equally tasty. Would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately no pictures as we were too busy enjoying our amazing lamb. A must visit place I also enjoyed on Kings...

This is a fantastic restaurant. The service was exceptional, friendly, and multilingual. The variety of dishes were all fairly classy, and the presentations were great. Our selection of seasonal mustard soup, goose salad, and salmon was all amazing! The portions are large. Next time we will split some dishes to keep room for their tasty...

Wir waren zu Gast im Hotel De Lindeboom und haben zwei Mal in der Brasserie zu Abend gegessen. Beide Male war es wirklich Top Qualität. Nicht günstig aber angemessen. Die Gerichte heben sich durch kreative Noten deutlich ab und entfalten eine Geschmacksexplosion. Egal ob Salat mit geräucherter Gans, Schweinefilet mit Gemüsen, Pilzrisotto mit reichlich unterschiedlichen Pilzen, Senfsuppe mit Lauch ... Alles war auf den Punkt abgeschmeckt. Das Essen dient hier nicht nur der reinen Nahrungsaufnahme. Eine klare Empfehlung...
