Fishmonger Ockenburg — Restaurant in The Hague

The owner is allowing a mess in the queue in front of his shop (though he has/or at least had in the past/ implied that customers shall patiently wait in the queue to be served - there used to be guides/tapes ensuring the order in a queue, he now allows cutting through the queue which is completely inconsiderate versus weaker and less dominant who wait their time). The excuse is that "someone ordered via phone", which is a rubbish if a kid waits in front 15'-20' to buy an ice-cream (btw, I have never heard that icecream can be preordered by a phone). We have been regulars till Today, we live nearby, we respect the queue always, we really don't make drama, we have no problem with anyone, but just Today owner's reaction when my 10-year was waiting for 15'-20' in the queue and was cut-over 5 times repeatedly, was simply too much for me not to notice it. I won't be spending a single cent there anymore, I don't like mess, I don't like cutting-over, bulling, etc. 5'-10' walk from there there are other icecream shops, even better and certainly more polite and respectful. I encourage others to walk to the shopping plains nearby - the icecream will be cheaper, more tasteful, and larger. And fish will also be fresher in...

Today I saw how unfriendly this store is to Adolescents . When there were no customers, two girls wanted to buy something. They called the staff a few times, but they were ignored unreasonably. Super important part of my highschool experience. The guys there are very friendly and the variety and quality is very good. But if you would lower your prices a little I would appreciate it ;)
