I got 24 pots of outdoor flowers, which was a nice little achievement for the goal of today. But, It's a little underwhelming in my opinion, choices for saucers / pots are quite limited. I was looking for a saucer to cover the hole of a square pot in my home but there are only 2 sizes available at the moment, neither fits my pot. Also, they dont have as many variants of calatheas as I was expecting. I was looking for specifically the white fushion in this case, which is not there. I saw these at another garden center but that was not a planned trip so I hope I could get them here, cuz this place is closer to my home but my goal wasnt...

Mijn favoriete tuincentrum. Een prachtig groot aanbod en goede prijzen. Terecht noemt tuincentrum Ockenburg zich het vriendelijkste tuincentrum van Nederland! De medewerkers zijn altijd heel behulpzaam en aardig. Dit vond ik altijd al, maar laatst hebben ze me echt een enorme dienst bewezen.

Mijn zoontje van 15 maanden was tot mijn grote schrik uit de winkelwagen geklommen en met zijn hoofdje op de grond gevallen. Zo ontzettend idioot van mij dat ik niet goed oplette! Gelukkig is het allemaal goed afgelopen zeg ik maar even direct, maar uiteraard was mijn zoontje (en ik ook) op dat moment in paniek. Mijn lieverd had erg pijn en begon (gelukkig) direct hard te huilen. Meteen schoot een heel team van bhv'ers te hulp. Ze gaven me icepacks en hielden hem vast zodat ik de dokter kon bellen. In een busje bracht een van hen mij en mijn zoontje naar de dokter. Zelfs mijn fiets werd ingeladen en de pot die ik retour wilde brengen werd voor mij ingenomen zodat ik het geld kon ik later op kon halen. Uiteraard totaal niet relevant toen voor mij, maar het benadrukt hoe enorm behulpzaam ze waren tot in de kleinste details! Het busje werd bestuurd door een heel vriendelijke man die mij en mijn zoontje troostte en geruststelde. Hij gaf me tips om mijn zoontje wakker te houden (ivm hersenschuddinggevaar) en leverde ons af bij de dokter. Hier werd mijn zoontje gecontroleerd en gelukkig kwamen we er met de schrik vanaf.
