Johnny's Burger & O'Tacos — Restaurant in The Hague

Oh, my, god, this was really really bad experience! (14-11-2021 afternoon order). We had 2 burger menus ordered... It was clearly some of the worst burgers we had tried in a very long time. Beautiful packaging, but when you open it, the food, it is literally uneatable. Saggy, wet burger buns ... Burger meat, just some of the worst i've seen,... dry, tasteless, not a single drop of juiciness, and it was so overcooked into a weird shape ... I bet it came out of freezer and was cooked to coal char afterwards... It was really sad to see my why trying it. American classic and Classic burger menu ... went into trashbin, unfortunately, after couple of bites ... Potato's were below average. Some of them were okey, some were cooked into charcoal, seems that some fries are cooked 2x or 3x and mixed with fresh ones ... I' cant believe this place has 4,4 stars on...

If you want to grab a quick burger and not notice the service then it's good. Burgers aren't much to write home about but deffinitly filling.

The service on the other hand... employees on their phones, causing a rucus, wearing jackets and hats while behind the counter and in the kitchen (which is an open layout so you see everything), and some just weren't trained on taking oderes and serving food. On the three times we went there we had our burgers surved on three different plates. A plastic container, a slate plater (very nice), and a paper box similar to McDonalds. Service was a serious turn off. Including just sitting around when the drinks fridges were close to empty and the restock boxes just sitting next to them. Improve...

I ordered the Spareribs Texas BBQ in the Hague. I normally never bother leaving review on my order even if it didn't quite meet my expectations.. but this felt to much like a ripoff. The good things was the fries and the sauce. The main dish itself was simply terrible. It was 60 fett (If you ignore the bones) and also very small portion that took me 4min to finish. Looking at the competition, not only is it bad value but also lacking in taste and quality. I have eaten far better Spareribs with salad and fries on the side for only 13€.
