Pizzeria De Haven — Restaurant in Tilburg

I have been a regular customer at Pizzeria De Haven for some time. While the owner is always very polite and a pleasure to interact with, my experiences with other staff members have been far from pleasant.

Due to my dietary restrictions, I always make sure to call the shop and specifically request only chicken. Despite this, on one occasion, they included turkey meat, which tasted awful. On another occasion, the pizza caused an uncomfortable stomach and a sleepless night. Despite these issues, I continued to order because of the owner's polite behavior and the fast delivery service.

However, my recent experience has changed my mind. When I called the restaurant to place my order, the owner's brother answered the phone. He was extremely rude, shouted at me, and even sounded threatening. When I brought this up with the owner, he dismissed it by saying his brother is a bit aggressive.

This behavior is intolerable for me, and this was the last time I ordered from this place. The polite demeanor of the owner cannot compensate for the rude and unprofessional behavior of other...

I’m browsing Uber eats and I see a 1+1 deal, I order 4 kapsalons but I get 2. I call them, repeatedly telling them I ordered 4, they tell me I ordered 2.
