Asya Restaurant 🇹🇷 — Restaurant in Utrecht

Asya is the best Turkish place I've visited in this country. Having lived here all my life, I have visited a lot of different ones, but this one stands out in particular as being exceptional.

I have tried various meats from them, like the adana, köfte, and döner. I have tried their "broodje", their kapsalon, and their fries, and all have impressed me so far.

Asya's fries are particularly crispy, and taste great without any condiments. This shines in the kapsalon, where the fries retain their crispiness until the last bite, even when it has been standing for a bit.

The other ingredients for the kapsalon are also great. The meat I was talking about earlier is all nicely spiced and prepared well. The cheese is melted perfectly, and as a result has a very nice stringy texture.

To top it off, the veggies appear particularly fresh. They are also cut into small enough pieces to easily mix and match bites while eating the kapsalon. Normally I cannot eat cucumbers, but here it seems to work wonderfully.

To sum up, Asya definitely left an impression on my mind and I will be returning here regularly while I live in Utrecht.
