Bakkerij Neplenbroek De Gaard — Restaurant in Utrecht

I've visited this bakery a number of times over the years since it's the only one in my neighborhood. Each time I have had terribly bad bread and had to deal with extraordinarily rude, cranky staff. I returned recently after the big remodeling was done -- and the space is now quite lovely and inviting... But the terribly rude service shocked both me and my family such that I will never return. It's such a shame that there isn't another bakery or large cafe in the neighborhood. How hard is it to respect...

Rude behavior. Cashier let three customers go first while I was waiting with my wife. One customer looked at me like I did something wrong. Later I complained, wanted to talk to cashier, but she ignored me while her boss took over.
