New York Pizza — Restaurant in Veldhoven

I prefer New York Pizza to the other franchises in town. However, i need to complain about the recent menu changes they have made. They used to carry the double pepperoni pizza which used to have a good amount of pepperoni on it. Then they introduced a loaded pepperoni pizza which was supposed to have more pepperoni (from the corresponding picture and text) on it for a more expensive price. In reality (I ordered the loaded today) this was not the case. The loaded costs more but has much less pepperoni on it than the double. They have removed the double from the menu and now only carry the loaded pepperoni. So at the end of the day you pay more for less! Not cool! Very misleading! False...

I'm really disappointed with what I received. I ordered a mini calzone, and as you can see in the picture, it doesn’t match what’s shown on your website and what I received days ago. The hotdogs were supposed to arrive with sauce, and the calzone—if you can even call it that—had most of the cheese on the outside instead of inside.

I understand this might have been one of the last orders of the day, but please respect your customers. We’re paying for a certain level of quality. If this isn’t something you're willing to stand behind, then maybe it’s time to reconsider offering it. No one is forcing you to do this, but if you do, please do...

Be prepared to wait forever when you order with them. Pizza is not great either!

I ordered at 5.50pm today and I'm still waiting for my order after more than 1.5 hours. Even if I walked to the place I'd have had multiple good restaurants nearby to eat whatever I wanted AND came back home in this time! Very bad service. Never ordering with NY...
