I am agree with Paul for the roll..

My bad experience..

From them site you have the possibility of the prenotation but you can not eat there due to covid roules; normal but they can update the site..this is not important if the service and the food are ok

The woman was really not educated. She gives me the menu. Normally I ask information because every place has its own style. She put me pressure to order fast, not patient. There were not clients .. I don’t know why this pressure. With the corona persons are becoming bad (my thinking) or maybe because I am foreigner.. but really not good. She has to change job. I ask: “is it possible to have steamđŸ„Ÿ gyoza? Not grilled.” She answer me bad that they have only this. I ask if inside the mango roll there is avocado. No, apple. Can you do with avocado? Immediately: No! I could pay the difference.

Then she gives me my take away food: I want to make sure that there was soya and chapsticks. Again she speaks with me not in a proper way that there is. I ask if they have beer. First she said expensive, 4 euros, then shows me the fridge, then she said that it is not for take away because then you have to give back the bottles. Ok, bye bye I start to laugh.

I suppose the food was good.. cross the fingers.. NO

Food is good quality, and portions are generous. There is no time limit on the all you can eat option, so there is no rush to finish your meal meaning you can enjoy your food and the company you are with.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and although the food could be brought a little faster, because there is no time limit on your meal, it is not a big deal. The decor is warm and the layout is such that you do not feel crammed in and feel as though people are eavesdropping on your conversation.

There is a good range and selection of things to choose from in the all you can eat menu, and I recommend exploring the menu. The food is fresh, and well prepared which comes out in the taste of the food.

The drinks are not cheap, but that is par for the course in all you can eat establishments.

There are cheaper all you can eat deals for sushi that I have been to, but none have been better; you do get what you pay for and when it comes to Red Moon it is worth...

Worst service I ever had. After placing my order, I called the owner to tell him that I made a mistake in the delivery address. He kindly checked and agreed to correct this. 15 mins later a girl called and told me that because the order is only 38 Euro so she will not deliver. Should I have ordered for 3000 Euro then you’ll deliver? What kind of customer service is that? You surely lost a very valuable customer. I’ll post this on different social media and make as many people know how you treat customer. I told the girl that I’ll write a review, she said “do what you want”. Go and learn how to treat customers, specially when you are in food business. I hope you’ll loose...

Helaas leek het toch te druk te zijn, onze eerste ronde sushi arriveerde na 35 minuten. Dit hadden we aangegeven bij een serveerster. Even later kwam de eigenaar aan onze tafel. We hebben geen excuus gehoord. Het enige wat ze vertelde was een uitleg hoe een restaurant werkt die sushi maakt. We hebben in veel restaurants gegeten, dat weten we echt wel. Er werd verteld dat het druk was en dat we beter wat anders dan sushi konden bestellen (waarom gaan we ook alweer eten bij een restaurant waar ze sushi serveren?) Uiteindelijk kwam een geirriteerd excuus uit de eigenaar. De 2e en 3e rondes duurden ook erg lang. We hadden voor de eerste ronde al op moeten stappen. De sushi was oké, niet speciaal. Sommige rolls vielen erg tegen: op mango/zalm rol zat veel te veel mayonaise en de foto's op de menukaart komen niet overeen met wat je krijgt. Sommige warme gerechten waren lekker: de eendenborst en ribfingers waren erg goed. De kip yakitori was flauw (de saus smaakte wel). De (jonge) serveersters waren erg vriendelijk en probeerden ons zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Een van de serveersters gaf aan dat de eigenaar gestresst was en hier niet mee om kan gaan. Dit bleek in de bejegening naar ons.

Super restaurant! Vandaag hebben we all you can eat gegeten bij Red Moon. Per ronden kun je twee gerechten kiezen. In eerste instantie lijkt dit minder als bij andere restaurants, maar al gauw merk je dat de porties ook groter zijn als bij gelijkwaardige restaurants. De presentatie van de gerechten was echt uitmuntend. De gerechten waren alle netjes aangekleed en van goede kwaliteit. De sushi was lekker en de bediening was erg snel. Op de reviews van Google is soms kritiek te lezen over dit bedrijf, zelf zie ik niks van deze klachten terug. Dit restaurant heeft mij echt overtroffen. Lekker gegeten, wanneer we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug.

Super restaurant! Vandaag hebben we all you can eat gegeten bij Red Moon. Per ronden kun je twee gerechten kiezen. In eerste instantie lijkt dit minder als bij andere restaurants, maar al gauw merk je dat de porties ook groter zijn als bij gelijkwaardige restaurants. De presentatie van de gerechten was echt uitmuntend. De gerechten waren alle netjes aangekleed en van goede kwaliteit. De sushi was lekker en de bediening was erg snel. Op de reviews van Google is soms kritiek te lezen over dit bedrijf, zelf zie ik niks van deze klachten terug. Dit restaurant heeft mij echt overtroffen. Lekker gegeten, wanneer we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug.
