My bad experience..
From them site you have the possibility of the prenotation but you can not eat there due to covid roules; normal but they can update the site..this is not important if the service and the food are okâŠifâŠ
The woman was really not educated. She gives me the menu. Normally I ask information because every place has its own style. She put me pressure to order fast, not patient. There were not clients .. I donât know why this pressure. With the corona persons are becoming bad (my thinking) or maybe because I am foreigner.. but really not good. She has to change job. I ask: âis it possible to have steamđ„ gyoza? Not grilled.â She answer me bad that they have only this. I ask if inside the mango roll there is avocado. No, apple. Can you do with avocado? Immediately: No! I could pay the difference.
Then she gives me my take away food: I want to make sure that there was soya and chapsticks. Again she speaks with me not in a proper way that there is. I ask if they have beer. First she said expensive, 4 euros, then shows me the fridge, then she said that it is not for take away because then you have to give back the bottles. Ok, bye bye I start to laugh.
I suppose the food was good.. cross the fingers.. NO
Heavy food, I had bellyache too And the roll was not fixed: when I took with the chapsticks it lose rice around.

He kindly checked and agreed to correct this. 15 mins later a girl called and told me that because the order is only 38 Euro so she will not deliver. Should I have ordered for 3000 Euro then youâll deliver? What kind of customer service is that? You surely lost a very valuable customer.
