Very ‘welcoming’, instead of greeting the customers and selling the icecream, the lady starts giving orders where to park our child’s mini scooter so we don’t scratch her icecream fridge (the scooter is rubber covered, by the way)

I would not spend a single cent in this shop with such ‘friendliness’.

Reply to the lady: when you step into the shop and the first thing you hear is orders and prohibitions, it says a lot about you. We didn’t even come close to your holy expensive icecream fridge. That’s not the way to treat people. Fridges are more important to you then people. Your ideal customer has no children, scooters, and he flies over the floor to...

Well this place, has been properly welcome For all the neighbors and people in general in Woerden. Their products atmosphere and service are top. Coffee is well balanced, rich taste and smell, the presentations are unique with this little and delicious ice cream. Even if is busy all the employees are always committed and willing to deliver the best service they can, everyone of them!!!. Is open on Sundays which is a great option to take one of those ice creams and enjoy sitting outside when the good days of spring...

Vandaag kwamen mijn broer en ik langs bij Luciano om een milkshake en een koffietje te halen. Normaal gesproken krijg je er een klein bolletje ijs bij, wat altijd een leuk gebaar is. Omdat we haast hadden, vroegen we vriendelijk of we het mee konden nemen. Tot onze verbazing werd er op een nogal botte en ongastvrije toon gezegd dat dit niet mogelijk was. Wat me vooral stoorde, was dat de mensen naast ons wél een bolletje kregen — dit gaf mij echt een gevoel van ongelijkheid en zelfs minderwaardigheid.

Helaas is dit niet de eerste keer dat ik me hier anders behandeld voel. Dat maakt het extra jammer, want ik kwam hier altijd graag. Zelfs de milkshake viel deze keer tegen — of dat nu echt aan de smaak lag of aan de nare ervaring weet ik niet, maar het was teleurstellend.
